Lara Means is a forensic psychologist and a part of the Millennium Group. She became known to Frank Black recently when they were both assigned to a case in Arkansas in which a little girl became the focus of their investigation ("Monster").

Lara appears to be equally at home in the field or in the lab, often acting as an advocate for someone in the course of her duties.

Lara is portrayed by Kristen Cloke.
